I bought permanent access or campaigns before. Do they still work?
Yes. Earlier one-time purchases are permanent and stay attached to your account.
Do I need a subscription to play?
No. A House Divided multiplayer, Grand Century, Corporate Warfare, and the free Margin of Victory campaigns need no payment at all.
Can I get a refund?
Digital content unlocks the moment you pay, so purchases are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, email us and we will make it right. Details in the refund policy.
