What to include

The game and platform, including the version or build number if you know it.
What you expected, what happened, and whether it happens every time.
A screenshot or short recording for anything visual.
Your Lakeside account email for purchase or account issues. Never send your password.

Response times

This is a small studio, so replies are not instant. Purchase and account issues are prioritised. Discord is usually the fastest place for a quick answer; email is the right place for anything that needs a record.
